Retrieve Shift delete messages from Outlook

First go to Run and type regedit. Go to the location: \HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\EXCHANGE\CLIENT\OPTIONS registry key. Right click options and add new DWORD VALUE (data type is REG_DWORD) and then right click and rename to DumpsterAlwaysOn. It is case sensitive. Then right click and modify and make the value 1 to turn the Recover Deleted Items menu choice on for all folders or enter 0 to turn it off. [I would recomend 1 for now]. Then go to Outlook , choose "Recover deleted items" option from the Tools Menu to get back your "permanently deleted" mails! P.S. : This procedure can recover mails which were deleted by pressing shift+del in the past 4 days only.

With a BlackBerry, how can I configure an Out of Office reply? You can change your Out of Office settings from your device and then see and modify them in Outlook, and vice versa. To configure an Out of Office reply: From the BlackBerry handheld main menu, select the Messages icon and click the trackwheel. In the Messages menu, click the trackwheel and choose Options. From the Options menu, choose Email Settings. In the Email Settings menu, select Use Out Of Office Reply and click the trackwheel. Select Change Option, and use the trackwheel to choose Yes. Note: If you have previously used an Out of Office reply, it will be displayed in the dialog box, where you may edit it. Otherwise, the dialog box will be blank and you can enter the text you wish to use. Click the trackwheel, and select Save to activate your Out of Office reply. Some versions of Office include Microsoft Office Picture Manager, a program that lets you view and modify images in several useful ways. But sometimes it will appear to hang when launched. Resolution In a nutshell, Picture Manager (PM) maintains a Most Recently Used (MRU) list ... a list of the files you've most recently opened with it. As it starts up, it apparently checks to see whether each of these files is available. In some cases (usually if the file's on a network) this can take a long time if the file's not there, and that can cause PM to start up very slowly. The MRU list is stored in a file called OISCatalog.cag located in %userprofile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\OIS Double-click OISCatalog.cag and choose Notepad when Windows asks what program you want to use to open it. .msc Not working

Hi, when you try to run the .msc (compmgmt.msc, etc...) through run command, then if it is not working for you, try this... Simple solution to this problem ("Access Denied" for most .msc files) is: (Re-associate .msc files to be open by mmc.exe). Steps are: 1. Go to System32 folder in windows explorer. (Example: C:\Windows\System32) 2. Locate file "Services.msc". Select the file. Then Right click it and in context menu, select "Open With...". An Open with Dialog will open. 3. In Open With dialog, select Browse, and locate mmc.exe (Ex: C:\Windows\System32\mmc.exe). 4. In Open with Dialog, you will now see "Microsoft Management Console" selected. 5. Select the option "Always use the selected program". Click ok. And your are done. Now, Run Services.msc (Start->Run->Services.msc), and it should launch the services without the access denied error.
