Are you facing any issues with your HP laptop that connected to port replicator / docking station while extending to another screens? Download HP Softpaq software from HP site and do a driver update. This should fix the issue with flickering screen. Or if you are working in a company, please swap the docking station with another one.

Are you getting error code  0x80072EFD while accessing windows app store in your company network? Simple, Just remove the proxy pac and test it. It should work. I had the same problem and got it fixed without proxy pac. I think some proxy pac creating this issue.
