Identity Restriction not subscribed - (Solution) (Solved)

Are you receiving the above message when making calls?

do the followings

click on the call button, then the menu (Blackberry), then go to option, general option, then Restrict My Identity - make it never.

    Try Menu -> Settings -> Call Management-> In-call Settings -> Restrict My Identity = "Never"
