Out of office reply setup in Blackberry

With a BlackBerry, how can I configure an Out of Office reply?

You can change your Out of Office settings from your device and then see and modify them in Outlook, and vice versa. To configure an Out of Office reply:

From the BlackBerry handheld main menu, select the Messages icon and click the trackwheel.
In the Messages menu, click the trackwheel and choose Options. From the Options menu, choose Email Settings.
In the Email Settings menu, select Use Out Of Office Reply and click the trackwheel. Select Change Option, and use the trackwheel to choose Yes.
Note: If you have previously used an Out of Office reply, it will be displayed in the dialog box, where you may edit it. Otherwise, the dialog box will be blank and you can enter the text you wish to use.

Click the trackwheel, and select Save to activate your Out of Office reply.
To deactivate the Out of Office reply, follow the steps above, choosing No in step 3.

Your Out of Office reply will be sent whenever a user sends mail to your Exchange mailbox. This feature sends a reply only once to each sender, for as long as you keep this feature active.
